Product Prices and Terms of Service

This shopping policy applies to standard and custom golf headcovers in Golf Shop. Available custom materials, colours and embroidery options are shown on each product page. Standard products are not considered custom-made merely because they require preparation or restocking. Materials, sizes, prices and availability are subject to the product page and final order confirmation.

Products are priced and checked out in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD). Each purchase is a one-time payment; there are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Other currency conversions are for reference only; after enabling payment, the final payment page must clearly show the actual deduction currency, product price, shipping costs, taxes, and total amount due before payment is made. No additional fees will be charged for credit card payments. The issuing bank may charge cross-border transaction or foreign exchange fees according to the card agreement. Please confirm the actual fees with the issuing bank.

Please check the product name, quantity, delivery address, and total amount before sending. An order confirmation will be provided after placing the order; incomplete payment does not mean payment has been made. If an item is out of stock, the price is obviously incorrect, or the order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you to handle the matter according to the agreement. You can cancel and get a refund of the amount paid. No replacements or price increases will be made without your consent. Updates to the terms do not retroactively diminish the rights of established orders.

Shipping and Delivery

After successful payment, standard products ship within 7 calendar days and custom products within 21 calendar days. “Ship” means handover to the carrier, not arrival. Transit time depends on the destination, carrier and customs clearance. We provide shipping notifications and available tracking information.

Standard shipping uses Chunghwa Post international air parcels; express shipping uses SF Express. Available services and charges depend on the destination and are shown at checkout. Orders of NT$15,000 or more qualify for free standard and express shipping; below this threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout. Product prices and shipping charges exclude destination import taxes, duties and clearance fees, which are payable by the customer. For US postal shipments, import taxes and required clearance charges are quoted and collected before dispatch. Other legally required sender-prepaid charges and remote-area surcharges are also quoted for approval before dispatch. Free shipping does not waive these taxes or charges.

If we are unable to ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you of the reason and a new estimated time. You can choose to wait or cancel and receive a refund.

Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Rights

Withdraw from contract / Request return

For standard goods, we offer 7 calendar days from the day after delivery to notify us of a change-of-mind return. Longer mandatory periods prevail, including the usual 14-day period in the EU/EEA and UK. Send an unequivocal cancellation statement by email or another durable means, identifying your order; our approval is not needed to make the notification effective. Reasonable unpacking and inspection do not automatically remove your rights.

Please contact us to arrange for the return of the goods and accompanying accessories. For returns not due to defects or simply a change of mind, the buyer shall bear reasonable return shipping costs, where permitted by applicable law. For situations where the right to terminate a transaction is exercised in accordance with the Taiwan Consumer Protection Act, and other situations where the business is legally obligated to bear the costs, we will bear the necessary return shipping costs; we do not require consumers to waive their legal rights. Please pack the item properly; the original outer packaging is not an absolute condition for return. Damage caused beyond necessary inspection will be handled according to applicable law, and we will not refuse returns or automatically charge a refurbishment fee.

The usual process is to notify us, arrange return or collection, and receive a refund after the goods are returned. We process refunds within 3 business days of receiving the return. Where applicable law instead starts the deadline from cancellation or proof of dispatch, or requires immediate or earlier reimbursement, that rule prevails; we do not delay it solely because the goods have not arrived. Refunds include the refundable goods price and legally refundable delivery charges, normally through the original payment method without payment-processing deductions. Bank posting times do not extend our statutory obligations.

For defects, incorrect shipments, shipping damage, or discrepancies with the description, please contact us to arrange repairs, replacements, or refunds; reasonable shipping costs will be borne by us. 7 days is not the expiration date for the right to claim defects. The mandatory rights, extended periods, and remedies granted by the laws of Taiwan, China, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, and other applicable regions are reserved; this policy does not restrict appeals to competent authorities or claims in courts with jurisdiction.

Custom products: For goods made according to individual consumer requirements, such as custom engraving or non-standard specifications, the 7-day no-reason cancellation right will not apply only if permitted by applicable law and the individual consent required by law has been clearly communicated and obtained before placing the order. Standard models, pre-orders, or stocked goods are not considered customized. Customized goods still have statutory remedies for defects, errors, or non-compliance with the agreement.

Applicable rights depend on the transaction and governing mandatory law, not the website language.

Taiwan: 7 days from the day after delivery. Following written cancellation, unless individually agreed otherwise, we arrange collection within 15 days from the day after notice and refund within 15 days from the day after collection or receipt of the return. Our 3-business-day commitment after receipt still applies. We bear necessary return costs.

China and South Korea: Generally 7 days to withdraw from online purchases. China's statutory refund limit is 7 days after receipt of returned goods; Korea's is 3 business days. The buyer may bear non-defective return costs where permitted; defective or non-conforming goods follow different rules.

Japan: There is no general cooling-off right for online purchases; we offer the 7-day return policy above. The statutory 8-day return rule from delivery remains available where a valid special return condition was not properly disclosed.

EU/EEA and UK: Generally 14 days after delivery to withdraw, then 14 days after notice to send goods back. EU reimbursement is due within 14 days of notice, subject to lawful withholding until the earlier of returned goods or dispatch evidence; this withholding does not apply when we offer collection. In the UK, reimbursement is generally due within 14 days of the earlier of returned goods or dispatch evidence, or within 14 days of notice when we collect. Refundable standard delivery charges are included; optional delivery upgrades are treated as required by law.

Thailand: If sections 33–36 of the Direct Sales and Direct Marketing Act apply, give written notice within 7 days of delivery; we refund in full within 15 days of receiving notice. The buyer may return the goods or care for them for 21 days for collection; if we request postal return within that period, postage is collected from us on delivery. The buyer may retain the goods pending reimbursement. Rights after the 21-day holding period follow the law; we do not replace this with an absolute return-before-refund condition.

Other regions: Brazil generally provides 7 days to withdraw from online purchases, immediate full reimbursement as required by law and seller-paid necessary return costs. Russia generally provides 7 days, extended to 3 months if written return information was not provided on delivery, and reimbursement within 10 days of the demand. Türkiye generally provides 14 days; mandatory local return, cost and refund rules apply. Longer periods and mandatory consumer protections elsewhere also prevail.
